Description: Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA D-4] Along this bicycle/walk pathway there are literally dozens of people not wearing masks. Most don't even have one below their chins which demonstrates they simply don't care about the health and well-being of others. The COVID-19 global pandemic is not over and the numbers are going up precisely because of people not adhering to social distancing and wearing masks.
