Description: These guys (Capitol) idle here all the time to go to dunkins, this is a VERY BUSY MAIN STREET! It is extremely dangerous. They often do it in the morning with radios blaring. Please have them stop doing this. It is not fair to the residents here. And they should not idle in the Tin Tin parking lot either!
