Description: Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA B-2] i work at the corner of Thornton and Valentine str. both streets are one way and have STOP on both streets. i would say that maybe 1 out of 30+ cars come to a complete stop. frequently cars traveling at 30mph go right through.
