Case Noted | Per email sent to property owner on 5/4/22. Dear Mr Jung, Thanks for your patience as we investigated the tree issues and property lines around 107 Fisher Ave. Attached to this email are three photos to help explain the situation. The two parcels to the right of 107 Fisher Ave are owned/maintained by either DND or the BPDA (Parcel ID: 1001221000) and are not part of our BPRD owned park. You can see this on the image named (107 Fisher Ave Parcel View). When our arborist re-visited the site yesterday he found that a number of trees on these two abutting parcels had been removed and pruned within the last couple of weeks. Attached picture named IMG_0317 shows the stumps of recently removed trees. Given that these parcels are not owned or maintained by the BPRD there is no further work needed on our end regarding the trees to the right of the property. In regards to the trees in the rear of the property, the attached parcel view image shows that the 107 Fisher Ave property's boundary line extends 22ft back from the building itself into the woods. While our arborist was on site, he was able to uncover the lot line corner marker for this property. The attached image titled (107 Fisher Ave lot Line) shows the corner lot line marker which he was able to use to determine whose property the trees in question were rooted on. As you can see from the image the trees which the property owner is concerned about are all within the private property boundaries of 107 Fisher Ave. Given this, there is no work needed by the BPRD at this location and the property owner will need to hire a private tree care company to address these issues. If anyone has any further questions please let me know. Best, Liz
