- Please inform the building owner of 129 Fulton St., Anthony Ciulla (781) 729-6312, the rear of the building needs to be cleaned. Violations have been issued over the past 6 months with the trash only getting worse. Trash is blocking my building's fire exit. The entire public way is a rat playground but this city won?t do anything about it. Please give violation to next door as well. There is takeout food on the fire exit next to it.
