- There is a substantial limb that is bearing down upon multiple utility cables at a very busy intersection just over the Savin Hill Ave bridge. The limb overhangs a sidewalk utility box, and a parking lane. This is an obviously serious health and safety hazzard to a neighborhood that has lost power twice in recent weeks. Thank you!
