- This city tree resides on a residential street off of Cummins Highway. It is diseased/in very poor health and continuously looses limbs that fall and clog up the street drain directly below it causing floods. It is a liability/hazard to private property on the street. The tree directly next to it that appeared to be the same kind, age, and condition as this one fell and crushed our neighbor's car and completely obstructed the street for a time. It is imperative that the tree is taken down ASAP.
