- This City tree in between 17 and 21 Glenellen Rd has potentially harmful moss growing on it that might mean that the tree is dying. This tree's limbs/branches constantly fall off during storms (see freshly broken branch remains on trunk) and neighbors are afraid that it will all fall down soon. Can this tree be inspected and potentially removed if it is dying? Thank you.
