Description: Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-1] 1/12/21 at 11am there was a BPD police officer who was not wearing a mask. I asked him to put one on and he said "no" and walked away. The governor's order requires 100% of the people to wear a mask 100% of the time in 100% of the places. There are no exemptions for police officers or anyone else. Please issue a violation to this officer and ensure an investigation occurs.
