- Contractor abusing permit issued by the city. Permit is for construction vehicles 9:30-3:30. However contractor is occupying the street with construction equipment. And note the hand written addition of "both sides of street." Is this what we allow contractors do now, just write on permits and turn a permit into 24 hours. Contractors in our are getting away with whatever they want. They are blocking parking spots from 4 Centre to 12 Centre. Please address this issue.

Case Noted | Dear Constituent, We have spoken to them about taking spaces that aren't on permit. Also spoke with contractor about the noise and they will be aware of your concerns. I will have my inspector monitor this location daily until completion. Spoke with contractor they will be finished tomorrow and I told them to park all vehicles on the property they are working for they said they will and apologized for the inconvenience Thank you for letting the city know.
