- This car has been here for over a month, no permit sticker, expired registration, but yet it still here. This is crazy .If this was parked anywhere else I Southie it would have been TOWED BY NOW. CALLED 311. 4 TIMES TO REPORT, 8 TIMES ON THIS APP. AND ITS STILL HERE. WHY????
