- I?ve lived in this neighborhood for well over a decade and residents here have always seemed to get on well minus the miserable lowlife owner of the alleyway located between 244-246 West 5th Street. We have always parked here without issue, until recently. Parking is and will continue to be an issue, yet, the buffoon owns an alleyway, slaps a $6.99 sign on his fence and now calls it a driveway. Prior to COVID, this same guy slapped a ?I am Human? sticker onto the backside of a Water Buffalo. Yet, this sticker did NOT dissuade citizens from calling Animal Control after a horror-filled night listening to shrieks of a poor animal in distress. Rest in Power Buffalo Billy
