- This tree was planted by the city of Boston in 2019, but the tree now seems to be dead. It never lost its leaves after fall 2020 and still remains in this state ever since,while all other trees around are budding for spring. Could this tree be assessed and/or replaced because it has been a long time dealing with this tree request in front of 49 Union Street.
