- 104 Pleasant St in Dorchester is a constant rodent mess. They have a couple of bait stations that they never fill. I know this because my pest man fills them when he does ours. They don't have enough stations and what they have are neglected. There are children living in that building! Can the board of health do something about this slumlord please?
