- Was advised 1 week ago that these cones were removed due to this person's illegal, bullying behavior. But, they are still in place. Driver places them around this public handicap spot to deter others from parking in it. He even puts his address on the cones as well as in his truck. Please take care of this, I've been reporting this for weeks and nothing us being done about it.
