- Noise complaint: insane bongo/DJ/music can be heard throughout the forest hills neighborhood right now at 3am. This is the second time it has woken me up this spring. I believe it's the "gate parties" that happened last summer too. Extremely disruptive at a ludicrous time of night/early morning. Please help!
