This entire sidewalk on this side of the street is well over 3 decades old has multiple severe trip hazards, no yellow tactile stripping at a pedestrian crosswalk point, and would benefit from having the entire portion on this side of the street replaced before further residential housing is opened next to this building/street. Please send inspector, I hope they agree that all or a significant potion of this sidewalk can use repairs
