- 10 Salcombe illegally uses 145 Stoughton St driveway to put their trash in front of 139 Stoughton or 145 Stoughton. 10 Salcombe refuses to place their trash in front of their own address and uses their adjoining property at the rear to go down 145 Stoughton's driveway. These 2 unmarked recycling bins owned by 10 Salcombe St Unit 1 have been obstructing sidewalk between 139 Stoughton and 145 Stoughton St for the past 5 days. Please ticket 10 Salcombe St unit 1 for leaving trash bins out for a week. In fact aren't homeowners allowed only 1 recycle bin per home? Why do they have 2 bins for unit 1 at 10 Salcombe? And why are their recycling bins unmarked?
