Description: Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA E-13] The handling of road closures this past weekend around the Puerto Rican festival was abysmal. There were no signs alerting area residents to the upcoming closures. During the event there were no signs indicating why the road was closed or for how long. On Saturday, there were two officers at the corner of Sigourney and Glen, just chatting, providing no public service.
