- Definitely an active rat burrow! See bottom left of photo, where the plastic bag is at. Rat poked his head out around 11 am and ducked in before we could document him. The tunnel entrance appears to be on the Jackson Mann School property and runs over to 7 Islington St. and/or underneath the asphalt There is another one to the right of this burrow, both along the Early Learning Center playground.?They have burrowed under asphalt other places in the neighborhood.
