- Around 6 am. Rat outside the Horace Mann School for the Deaf entrance (corner of Armington and Webley). Ran along the side of the building and down Webley St. (see bottom of photo between double lines). There are many rat burrows in Ringer Park (ie public property), issues in Islington Terrace alley and neighboring properties, and burrow entrances near the Jackson Mann School playground and bioswale/rain garden in Union Square (ie public property). Many reports in 3 weeks...please help
