- This is a tripping hazard along an already uneven sidewalk and the board over it is getting softer and more warped each time it rains. This is just up the street from Ausonia Homes which is housing for older adults and persons with disabilities, many of whom need to travel along this sidewalk. ***Per Public Works: Building owner responsible for window well.
