Description
Dog barking incessantly in the new dog park located in Flaherty Park, Jamaica Plain. I went over to ask them to remove their dog. No one would claim ownership of the dog, though after 10 minutes of observing, it became clear that it was one person (20-something woman, white, pale, blonde hair, tattoos). |
