- Constituent is looking to have their unit inspected for multiple long ongoing issues that their property management hasn't been properly taking care of. Cosntituent states their tenant rights are being squandered, with people coming in and out of the address to do work at random times of the day. Constituent states the unit is disgusting, with a large infestation of mice leaving both dead and live mice around the unit, and water damage resuling in black mold underneath the floorboards. Constituent states their stove hasn't worked since May, and property management hasn't done anything to fix it, resulting in it being used as an access point/nesting grounds for mice in the unit. Constituent states the unit was inspected multiple times previously by ISD, and the inspection stated that the conditions were detrimental to the constituent's health. The deadline set for these issues to be taken care of is well past due, with no further information from the property management about resolving them. Constituent has had a hard time with property management at this address since before they moved in, since the property manager had to move them in later than intended since they hadn't gotten the unit inspected beforehand, resuling in the constituent using their RAFT funding.
