Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [No] Rats outside of property: [Yes] What is the nature of the problem: [Caller states there is a large increase in rodents on the street. Caller believes it is coming up from the sewer. She is seeing them near the sewer by her house almost every night. Requesting inspection and to be contacted.]
