- My mother's apartment at 121 North Point Drive, Boston, MA 02125 recently had water damage from a leaking HVAC line. It is still under repairs as of today 8/10. The landlord has been making repairs and has told us that the unit will be ready for reoccupation by Thursday, August 13. My attorney advised me to request an inspection after the repairs.
