- This is a never ending and ongoing problem. Cars parked in the no stopping tow zone. There are multiple signs. Either enforce or make it a parking zone. It is a tow zone for a reason but NEVER enforced. 1st picture is the van there currently as a weire this but, 2nd is a picture from earlier in the week where multiple cars including a BPD vehicle were parked there as a 2nd BPD vehicle drove by doing nothing. It's all day every day.
