Resolved. I found multiple rat burrow holes along the property line and front yard, overgrown vegetation front and rear of property grounds' exposed trash debris, mattresses

I will contact the owner to cleanup uoi remove all damage trash barrels from tge rat holes and hire a pest control company to bait.
