Description
The Dartmouth Street Footbridge to the Esplanade constantly have bikers riding their bikes across it in a dangerous way even though bikers are supposed to walk their bikes across. There were three bikers riding their bikes across it today when I was walking across. The footbridge needs more signs because some have been ripped off. There is currently only one sign remaining.
