Description: Caller states the bath tub had a covering that is not secure and there is a space between the old one and new one. caller states there is a puddle of water sitting stagnant under and now the bathroom smells and she states whenever someone take the shower water fills up and spills out. SHe is concerned there is black mold in some of the windows. caller has told the homeowner since march but nothing has been done. Caller states the owner hasnt provided a delead certificate .
