There is also ongoing car racing, loud revving, and excessive vehicle noise in the immediate area at this hour, creating a significant late-night disturbance and safety concern. Photo attached documenting the vehicles obstructing the lane. Please dispatch parking enforcement and request police oversight and enforcement for the ongoing racing and recurring late-night activity at this location.
