Description: The constituent states they are experiencing issues with the conditions of the property. The constituent states the property has failed numerous inspections and multiple violations issued but continues to pass inspections. The constituent states they just had an inspection that passed (the constituent also reports they were not notified prior, and an inspector will be returning today but has not receieved an update) despite their toilet being loose. The constituent states the landlord continues to tighten the toilet and it is loose (toilet being loose causes difficulty to open the bathroom door and dirt appears when flushing). The constituent states one of the outlets doesn't work as well as another in their child’s room that passed inspection and only has been taped down. The constituent states they are concerned about a possible fire hazard with the state of the outlets. The constituent states their sink was not working and the knob is rusted and there was only putty placed around and inside of the sink after having someone come out to resolve the issue.
