- Description
- There are dozens of rats congregating at the corner of 6th St and 3rd Ave in the Charlestown Navy Yard. The Ropewalk building has dumpsters that get wheeled to the end of that driveway and the rats have always been interested. Now there are 2 mattresses which have been there for 1 month and MANY burrow holes. The rats are now out every afternoon and night and it is so gross. I am a resident of the building and can confidently say this has become a major issue.
