- Description
- To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a serious public health and sanitation hazard that I witnessed at Boston Logan International Airport on October 11, 2026, at approximately 3:00 AM. During this time, I observed and captured clear video and photographic evidence of two separate mice active in high-traffic public spaces across both Terminal A and Terminal E. In Terminal A, one mouse was captured scurrying directly along the walls outside of the Dunkin' Donuts and moving immediately into the adjacent cellphone charging area. A second mouse was sighted in a separate location within Terminal E. Whether this infestation stems directly from the food vendor’s interior practices or points to a broader, airport-wide structural containment issue, it represents an unacceptable and deeply unhygienic environment for travelers. Because this occurs immediately next to major consumer food operations and shared public amenities, it poses an immediate risk of contamination. I request that airport management and the responsible food service operators coordinate immediately to initiate a comprehensive deep clean, a full health compliance inspection, and an immediate professional extermination protocol in these areas. I have attached the recorded videos and photos documenting the exact locations and rodent activity for your immediate review and action. I have travelled through airports around the world and had never seen anything like this. I brought it to the attention of a woman that was cleaning a bathroom and she says there are mice all over the airport but they don't fumigate frequently. Thank you for your promp
