Description: The constituent is upset about the way the facility has been renovating the residence. She states there has been inconsistent notice that isn't always 24hrs, there has also been inconsistent start and stops of the work. They are always asking her to move her furniture and with her medical conditions she needs adequate time to do this. The windows have always been leaking for the last 5 years.
