Description
Date: August 20, 2026 Time: Approximately 1:15–1:40 AM Location: Roxbury Crossing, Boston, MA I was riding my e-scooter at approximately 5–7 mph and slowly crossing the road using the designated crosswalk while heading toward Domino’s Pizza. While crossing, I encountered a pothole that I was unable to see due to poor lighting in the area. My e-scooter hit the pothole, causing me to fall and sustain injuries. I have attached photographs of my injuries for reference.
