Description
Please reference #BCS - 00287769 Large hole in possible City street tree. There is a big open cavity in the trunk of this tree immediately adjacent to and partially within the sidewalk/public right of way. Because of the size of the cavity and the tree’s proximity to the pedestrian sidewalk and street, I am concerned about possible structural failure. Please have Urban Forestry determine whether this is a public shade/street tree and have a City arborist inspect it for structural condition and public-safety risk.
