Description
Neighbor blasting music in his car. It’s an Acura with license plate MA 5LR361. He does this every week reving his engine and blasting music. I called the cops but no one came. I keep reporting this to 911 and 311 but nothing seems to happen. He lives at 23 Thornley st in Dorchester.
