Description
I would like to report a housing condition problem at a short-term rental (Airbnb) unit: Apartment 3104, 181 Washington Street, Boston MA 02135 (Brighton).The unit is directly across from the trash compactor, and the trash room shares a wall with the unit. Every morning between 7:00 and 10:00 AM, loud compactor noise and a strong foul odor came through, making the unit effectively uninhabitable. I stayed in this unit from August 21 to August 24. On August 24, the host relocated me to another unit in the same complex because of the noise and odor. I am now staying in a different building of the same complex (175 Washington Street) through September 5.The Airbnb listing displays a short-term rental registration number, STR-593002.
