- Per my conversation with Mikel McKinnon; he is unaware of the task about rectifying deficiencies with Santori Field. He asked me if I contacted 311; I contacted 311 via my house phone while on the phone with Mr, McKinnon and the 311 number is a restricted number with no possibility to leave a message or report an issue. I am unable to report the problem via Report an Issue online, because East Boston Memorial Park at 143 Porter Street, East Boston 02128 does not register, so I will provide wrong address, hoping someone actually reads the text. The Santori field does not meet the requirements for safety and the technical areas are not visible either from Google maps or while at the field. The hump on the field poses a safety threat to the players and officials who use this field. When lines are redone to identify touchline, goal line, penalty area, goal area, center circle and penalty marks, etc; a simple solution to improve field safety is to shift the soccer field approximately 4 meters (4 yards) closer to the baseball diamond to eliminate the safety hazard. Baseball and soccer are not using the field at the same time based on safety; it is a shared field. There have been matches that have been abandoned at this location based on hazard; kids want to play and I am advocating for a safer way fthem to play. I have been reporting the same concerns for 3+years
