Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

- This is an overflowing trash issue, placed out too early, and blocked sidewalk. Trash is not even in bags and is attracting pests. The sidewalk on Pond St. is dangerously blocked, forcing people out onto the busy road. Observed elderly people and children having to walk around the trash pile and into the road. Winthrop apartments, 17 and 15 Pond St. For Rent sign outside even though landlord clearly dumped contents of apartment onto the street. I hope they are made to clean it up and that trash collection isn’t made to do it.
