Description
Litter and debris collecting in the alleyway behind Clarkson St. It's not cleared out by most property owners. I provided 28 Clarkson as an address, but the alleyway spans multiple properties. There are shopping cart, old household items, regular trash, dead branches, construction materials, etc, etc.
