- 28 Juliette St. has not taken their trash out in several weeks. They leave the trashcan lids open trash is all over the yard and spreading onto the sidewalk. Additionally, there are dozens of rodents that have been living within the trash throughout the last few weeks this is a significant health, Hazard.
