- Staff from the apartment complex on the end of Commercial St puts out multiple trash bins every Monday/Thursday morning at 5:00am and it is very loud - my apartment on Salutation St is woken up to the noise every single time. They use the back door and put the bins onto Salutation St. Is there any way they could put the bins out the night before trash day like everyone else?
