- Every Tuesday for 3+ months at 3:30-3:45am, a Republic Services truck empties trash bins at 460 Centre St, JP, outside our apt building waking my household and neighbors. Over 3 months of weekly violations is long enough!!!Prior case BCS-00313638 was closed citing M.G.L. c. 111 § 31A, which only limits collection hour restrictions in commercial zones and does not address the noise violation. This is a noise ordinance issue under BMC 16-26.1 (50 dBA limit, 11pm-7am, nearest dwelling): 9/8/26, 3:48 AM: 53.0 dBA avg, 73.3 dB peak 9/22/26, 3:45 AM: 56.0 dBA avg, 69.9 dB peak Requesting compliance review and police verification per 16-26.6. Logs attached.
