- Description
- On Harrison Ave, particularly at the E. Springfield and E. Concord junctions, there's construction throughout the night well above the 50dB limit. Yesterday, it began at 8PM and kept going until at least 3AM, at which point there was a loud leafblower and a wheel-loader that just kept hitting the ground and didn't even appear to be scooping anything up. It was so loud it woke several neighbors up on E. Springfield and on Harrison.
