- overflowing dumpster with trash and garbage in it and two mattresses right in the front yard, numerous pass violation of improper disposal of trash, slum landlord. The prior tenants constantly have police at the house, arguments, marijuana, and other drugs being constantly smoked and now we have the unsightly trash.
