Description
Our bathroom ceiling has sustained significant water damage from a leak originating from the apartment above, which continued for over a month. We repeatedly notified our landlord, but they were consistently unresponsive and did not adequately address the problem until the ceiling became severely stained, sagging, wet, and partially falling apart. This created an immediate safety concern and has made our bathroom and shower unusable, preventing us from fully using our apartment. Although the upstairs leak has now been repaired, our ceiling remains wet, unstable, and deteriorating. We are concerned about potential mold and further damage.
