- Please see attached photo of conditions left in place of the single family home formerly on the site of 10 Gretter Rd. following its demolition the morning of 09/25/26. As the picture demonstrates, the owner/developer left the remains of a demolished house in an unprotected pile at the end of a week in which a major storm with high wind warnings have been predicted for days. As of 7:45pm, one forecast categorized the high wind warning as "severe" with "significant threat to life or property."
