- This 2 bedroom house was occupied by at least nine individuals who seldom took all the trash out the house. And when they did take the trash out it was all over the sidewalk. The absentee landlord is now attempting to clean out the house. They are leaving an unsightly mess outside the house. Isn’t it enough that the neighbors have put up with the constant presence of police the constant smoking of marijuana or whatever drugs by the prior tenants but now we have to be put up with trash all in front of the house.
